At Luvme Hair Ready to Go Wigs Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or through our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the wig is unworn, the lace is uncut, and all original tags and gifts are included in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package back to our fulfillment center, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
